On the 7th of October CO2Dry and DyeCoo have been been nominated as finalists in the Accenture Innovation Awards. The Awards higlight promising Dutch Innovation and the competing concepts are evaluated by a jury of professionals in 12 different catagories. The jury focusses on the business case of the concepts as well as impact and sustainability. 

CO2Dry is competing in the category sustainability with their process to prolong food shelf life by drying with CO₂. The process ensures premium quality end products, while consuming little energy to dry. 

DyeCoo is finalist in the catagory Energy & Chemicals with their revolutionizing dry textile dyeing technology. The technology eliminates all water and process chemicals from the process while reducing energy consumption and batch time. 

On the 14th of November CO2Dry and DyeCoo will compete against the four other finalists in their catagories. To be chosen from more than 750 concepts is a great honor for both joint ventures and proves that professionals from the industry recognize their great potential and sustainable impact.

With the help of launching partner Nike, our joint venture DyeCoo has successfully implemented the first water free dyeing process for polyester, steadily making the dyeing business a clean business. We are currently investigating water free processes for cotton, leather and other fibers like paper.
