FeyeCon’s Pharmaceutical Technology department delivers solutions to problems dealing with e.g. taste issues, bioavailability, drying, stability and release profile. Furthermore, we develop processes for API isolation from natural materials and API purification. We manufacture APIs from preclinical through clinical quantities according to cGMP.
FeyeCon uses supercritical fluid technologies with low-cost carbon dioxide. Operational benefits include low temperature processing, absence of solvent residues in products, the near elimination of waste streams and easy recycling of solvents. For our customers this means environmentally friendly, fast, relatively inexpensive and completely customizable processing.
Our supercritical fluid-based pilot facilities are specially designed for particle engineering, isolation and purification of APIs. We operate an in-house class D cleanroom facility and maintain a cGMP based quality assurance system.
